more Austin holiday images

This is becoming a series of sorts here on Clever-Lazy: images taken around Austin during the holiday season. We've already seen The Famous Christmas Store and the ice-skating rink at Northcross Mall.

Now for something completely different, and far less family-oriented -- the marquee of a "gentlemen's club" called The Yellow Rose:

Free Gift Wrapping

Even our local titty bars get into the Christmas spirit. You can have your presents wrapped for free while enjoying a festive holiday lapdance. Unless "free gift wrapping" is some sort of metaphor -- if so, please don't tell me what it means. I might never be able to look at wrapping paper, ribbons, and gift tags in the same way again.

Here, Timmy! Here's your gift! No, that's DADDY'S um... ARM HAIR stuck in that tape! No WAY that's a stripper's pubic hair!

What kind of tacky lowlife would have gifts wrapped at a tittie bar? Of course, I dislike the task of wrapping so much, I'd almost be willing to put up with the titties if all it cost me were a few bucks in a g-string. And hey, 11 bucks for steak and lobster!

Nope. Still seems unhygenic.
